Farm Academy

Since the fall of 2025, we have been fortunate to have students from W̱SÁNEĆ Leadership Secondary School visit the farm on a weekly basis, rain, shine, sleet or snow. The farm is used as an extension of the classroom to support delivery of curriculum, giving opportunity for students to connect to the land, learn about growing food and provide service to their communities. Students observe and record the natural world, learn about seeds and seed collection for propagation, propagate cuttings, plant and harvest food for community distribution.

As staffing and funding permits, we are able to offer leaner versions of Farm Academy in 4-week blocks.
